Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism
- Delivers notices to residents as directed
- Reports any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property
- Maintains certain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management
- Prepares and/or touches up vacant units for occupancy
- Moves heavy equipment such as dumpsters, appliances, etc.
- Care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
- Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules
- Completes assigned training as directed and attends staff meetings as required
