Porter - Non Union
About the role
We're looking for a Porter to join our Bronx property. The position is available on a flexible schedule: Friday - Sunday 7am - 3:30pm, Monday & Thursday 12pm - 8:30pm, OFF: Tuesday & Wednesday.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
- Maintain exterior areas
- Collect and sort trash
- Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
- Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
- Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required
- Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime
