Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism. Deliver notices to residents as directed. Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
• Cleaning and Grounds: Maintain certain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management. May include building maintenance, working with cleaning and other vendors, and/or groundskeeping. Prepare and/or touch up vacant units for occupancy. Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters, appliances, etc. Care, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Regulation & Safety: Have a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies and be willing to work within them. Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules. Complete assigned training as directed and attend staff meetings as required.
