Porter/ Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist with waste disposal, recycling efforts, and routine cleaning tasks throughout the facility.
• Wipe, sanitize, and vacuum surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 40–50 lbs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or porter work preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move moderate to heavy items (up to 40–50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible, can be 7:00 am – 4:00 pm) Monday through Friday
