Pay

Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $18/hour) + quarterly bonuses. Currently eligible for a $1,000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing.

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

• Picking up trash and cleaning pet waste stations
• Trashing out apartments
• Light painting and housekeeping tasks
• Supporting maintenance as needed
• Maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance of the community
• Performing recurring daily tasks such as litter and pet waste cleanup
• Operating equipment including backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers
• Planting, weeding, and maintaining outdoor spaces

Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds or more
• Using hand tools and operating equipment
• Frequently bending and stooping for outdoor maintenance tasks
• Working outdoors year-round in potentially inclement weather (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
• Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
