The Events Porter is responsible for setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, etc. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position. 90 Day Probationary Rate: $16.58 per hour Hourly Rate: $19.50 per hour Hyatt associates work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Refined verbal communication skills. Must have physical stamina to lift, push, or pull moderate amounts of weight. Must provide two days of availability each calendar week. Casual Banquet employees are required to work a minimum of 125 hours per year.
