About the role

Responsible for managing a team of Porter employees in the Back Bay area of Boston, overseeing daily operations, training, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
• Train and mentor Porter employees to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources management or a similar field.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.
