About the role
Responsible for managing a team of Porter employees in the Back Bay area of Boston, overseeing daily operations, training, and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
- Train and mentor Porter employees to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management or a similar field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.
