Porter

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.

Requirements

• Driver’s License Class D, or higher.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Work Authorization & Clearance

Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S. Must pass the background check and other pre-employment requirements.

Schedule

Full-time; 8-hour work day; 40-hour work week. Sunday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay

Paid at $20 per hour. Eligible for salary increases under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
