About the role

The Kensington at Halfmoon is one of United Group's professionally managed multi-family apartment communities located in Clifton Park, NY. United Group is a full-service, vertically integrated leader in real estate development and management with over 50 years of industry expertise.

Responsibilities

• Vacuums all common area carpet and tile floors
• Touch up cleaning of laundry rooms
• Cleans all glass in the vestibules of all buildings
• Cleans all common area restrooms
• Sweeps all stairwells
• Vacuums, sweeps, dusts all Community Rooms
• Cleans trash rooms and trash cans
• Vacuums and dusts all offices
• Maintains the inventory of all cleaning products
• Maintains all cleaning equipment and have serviced at appropriate times
• Aids in the cleaning of vacant units
• Aids in other items as needed, i.e. landscaping, minor maintenance items, grounds maintenance, painting, and being available for emergency situations

Physical Demands + Work Environment

• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours
• Frequent body movements including ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push, and pull
• Frequent exposure to outdoor spaces, service areas, or other environments which will, by their nature, have variances in air quality, temperature, walking surfaces, lighting, and other physical aspects
• Potential exposure to substances such as paints, cleaning agents, chemicals, etc. which may be considered irritants

• Required Experience: 1 + years of experience in residential property maintenance is preferred. Experience in either residential or commercial cleaning, maintenance or general facility support

$17 per hour plus Bonus Program

• 1 + years of experience in residential property maintenance is preferred. Experience in either residential or commercial cleaning, maintenance or general facility support
