• Sweeping, mopping, cleaning of fountain, doors, windows, removal of cobwebs

Hallway

• Sweeping, mopping, cleaning of fountain, doors, windows, removal of cobwebs

Summer

• Daily cleaning of clubhouse area
• Daily cleaning of hallway

Spring/Fall/Winter

• Weekly cleaning of clubhouse area
• Weekly cleaning of hallway
• Weekly cleaning of fitness center
• Weekly cleaning of leasing office
• Weekly cleaning of bathrooms
• Weekly exterior property cleaning

Fitness Center

• Daily clean to maintain an inviting healthy environment
• Wiping down machines, changing wipes, dusting, empty garbage

Leasing Office

• Vacuum, dust, windows, blinds, clean desk and conference room, countertops, removal of cobwebs, removal of trash

Bathrooms

• Daily clean to maintain an inviting healthy environment
• Toilet Cleaning, replacing soap, toilet paper refill, sweep, mop, dust, clean mirrors, faucets, stalls, lockers

Exterior Property Cleaning

• Weekly
