Key Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, taking trash out and vacuuming floors in the clubhouse, pro-shop, and dining areas, pavilion and central maintenance building.
• Sanitizing sinks, toilets, and mirrors; restocking essential supplies like paper towels and soap in both the clubhouse and scattered on-course washrooms.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins throughout the facility, including the parking lot, cart barn, and driving range.
• Keeping walkways, decks, and entrances clear of debris such as leaves or grass clippings. This may include pressure washing and maintaining outdoor furniture.
• Performing basic maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging toilets, or addressing minor structural issues.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Valid driver’s license may be required for operating cleaning equipment or utility carts.
• Physical Stamina: The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift between 25 to 50 lbs regularly.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments across varying weather conditions.
• Schedule Flexibility: Shifts often include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate peak golf hours and special events.
• Attention to Detail: Critical for maintaining the "pristine" aesthetic desired look.
• Experience: Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Expected Start Date: March 16, 2026

Compensation: $18-19/hour

Schedule: 24-40/week
