• Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with guests
• Be presentable and professional at all times, ensuring customer experience is the highest priority
• Assisting guests, offering answers to questions and providing information
• Assisting front desk staff with check in and check out operations, carrying luggage to guest rooms and ensuring transportation happens smoothly and to schedule
• Driving within the speed limits and adhering to road rules safely
• Identifying potential hazards and reporting to management
• Maintaining and ensuring vehicles, car park areas and company buildings are clear of snow and ice
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure rubbish huts are maintained, rubbish sorting is correct and notify management of any arising issue

Requirements

• International Drivers Licence
• Experience driving manual vehicles
