About the role

The World Class Automotive Group, part of Randall Reed’s World Class Automotive Group, is seeking individuals for the position of Service Valet / Service Assistant at Planet Ford. Located in Texas, the company is experiencing rapid growth through acquisitions and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for service upon arrival.
• Assist customers with paperwork and scheduling appointments.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in automotive service or similar field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
