What You’ll Do

• Complete all items on the daily preparation list, including protein prep, vegetables, sauces and dressing, and other food items.
• Keep the area stocked with items throughout the shift.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment, utensils, and tools.
• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Maintain a clean work area while following health and safety guidelines.
• Follow directions of the chef and use the guidance of other cooks in the kitchen.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Three (3) months of restaurant experience preferred.
