About the role

Morgan Properties is seeking a Porter to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community.

Responsibilities

• Keep the community grounds clean, attractive, and resident-ready
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins
• Remove trash and maintain common areas, sidewalks, and amenity spaces
• Assist with landscaping, light maintenance tasks, and make-ready support
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
• Support the team wherever needed to ensure an exceptional resident experience

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Availability for weather-related and property emergencies
• Previous cleaning, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is helpful, but training is provided to those with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
