Key Responsibilities

• Keep all areas of the facility clean, including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance checks, ensuring that the environment is safe and functional
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or meetings
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ordering new stock as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with guests and responding to their needs
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in a cleaning or custodial role is beneficial
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary
