About the role

This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on vehicle work with customer-focused service support. You'll help keep our vehicles clean, organized, and ready for customers while learning how a professional dealership operates. You'll work closely with our Service and Sale teams, and receive on-the-job training in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional way
• Drive vehicles safely around the dealership and service lot
• Prepare vehicles for service with seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats
• Clean and detail delivery vehicles and loaner vehicles
• Wash and maintain vehicles on the lot so they look their best
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning (vacuuming, windows, surfaces)
• Double-check vehicles for cleanliness before customer delivery
• Help keep the lot and work areas clean and organized
• Support the service team, shuttle drivers, and reception area as needed
• Learn new tasks and take on responsibilities as you grow

Qualifications

No prior experience required. Training provided — we'll teach you what you need to know. Learn valuable skills in customer service, vehicle care, and teamwork. Opportunities to grow into: Detailer positions, Service positions, Sales positions. Ideal for recent graduates, first-time job seekers, or anyone looking for a fresh start.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule combining both indoor and outdoor work, standing, walking, and frequent vehicle entry/exit. Driving vehicles on dealership property. Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. Working outside in various weather conditions.
