About the role

The Lot Porter position is available at Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of Lithia Motors, one of the largest auto dealership groups in the country. Reporting to the Service Manager, this is an onsite position from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs.
• Move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support sales activities.
• Delivers vehicles and assist shuttle driver.
• Thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles.
• Maintain tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and building maintenance and notify management.
• Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot.
• Run miscellaneous errands for the store.

Requirements

• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Qualifications

• Total Rewards: Hourly position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $17/hour. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
