Porter

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas including but not limited to: Bathrooms, Gym, All Common areas (Simulators, offices, lobby, etc.)
• Remove trash, litter, and laundry from rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, grounds and receptacles
• Garbage, Cardboard, Recyclable, Laundry, Member clothing, Towels
• Minor maintenance and repairs: Replace light bulbs, air filters, blinds, shades and other items as directed
• Repair doors, windows, sink fixtures and inspect areas for unsafe conditions

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly reliable and dependable
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work cohesively as part of a team
• Previous guest experience preferred
