About the role

The Porter ensures the restaurant remains clean and safe for both Team Members and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with hospitality and friendliness
• Ensure cleanliness of Cooper’s Hawk including floors, surfaces, restrooms
• Polish flatware and maintain silverware
• Stock and polish wine glasses
• Restock the bar and beverage station
• Adhere to service standards and departmental checklists
• Maintain professional relationships and appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must represent Cooper’s Hawk Values
• At least 18 years of age
• Hospitality-focused with passion for guest service
• Knowledge of and passion for food, wine, and beverages
• Team-oriented individual capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure
• Ability to communicate clearly with Guests, managers, and team members
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs., stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift, and perform fast-paced mobility for up to 6 hours
• Ability to perform essential functions to Cooper’s Hawk standards with reasonable accommodation
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Pay

$15 - $17.50 per hour. Pay offered is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays.
