About the role
The Porter ensures the restaurant remains clean and safe for both Team Members and Guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with hospitality and friendliness
- Ensure cleanliness of Cooper’s Hawk including floors, surfaces, restrooms
- Polish flatware and maintain silverware
- Stock and polish wine glasses
- Restock the bar and beverage station
- Adhere to service standards and departmental checklists
- Maintain professional relationships and appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must represent Cooper’s Hawk Values
- At least 18 years of age
- Hospitality-focused with passion for guest service
- Knowledge of and passion for food, wine, and beverages
- Team-oriented individual capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure
- Ability to communicate clearly with Guests, managers, and team members
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs., stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift, and perform fast-paced mobility for up to 6 hours
- Ability to perform essential functions to Cooper’s Hawk standards with reasonable accommodation
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Pay
$15 - $17.50 per hour. Pay offered is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
Schedule
Flexible schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays.
