Porter

About the role

We are seeking a Porter to join our team. The primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently clean facility. Duties include sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming floors, cleaning offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms, emptying trash cans, and assisting the maintenance team with tasks like painting and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Absorb minor maintenance experience, such as painting and drywall repair, is considered a plus for this position.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience is helpful.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.
