Maintain Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
- Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
Assist with Maintenance
- Absorb and pick up snow and spread salt in inclement weather
- Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
- Absorb and perform light maintenance as directed by supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions efficiently
