Maintanance Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
• Absorb and pick up snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Absorb and pick up snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Absorb and pick up snow and spread salt in inclement weather

Supervisor Tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
