Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• Ensuring common courtesy is shown toward all clients
• Maintains professional appearance
• Friendly and customer service focused
• Directing and parking vehicles in an organized manner
• Checking vehicles for damages and reporting any issues
• Performing minor vehicle maintenance such as car washing, tire pressure checks, and fluid top-ups
• Ensuring that all parked vehicles are locked and secure
• Keeping track of parking spaces availability
• Aiding with the movement and display of vehicles for sale
• Enforcing parking lot safety rules and regulations
• Monitoring and maintaining safety and security in the parking area
• Ensuring the parking lot is free from debris and litter
• Aiding with vehicle movement as needed
• Reporting any suspicious activities or security breaches to management
• Complying with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
