Summer

• Daily sweeping, mopping, cleaning of fountain, doors, windows, removal of cobwebs

Spring/Fall/Winter

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday sweeping, mopping, cleaning of fountain, doors, windows, removal of cobwebs

Community Room

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuum, blinds, dusting, cleaning furniture, windows, doors, removing cobwebs, cleaning of kitchen and appliances

Fitness Center

• Daily clean to maintain an inviting healthy environment Wiping down Machines, changing wipes, dusting, empty garbage

Leasing Office

• Vacuum, dust, windows, blinds, clean desk and conference room, countertops, removal of cobwebs, removal of trash

Bathrooms
