About the role

Maintain the property's grounds, common areas, and exterior appearance to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive community for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities daily.
• Perform basic landscaping duties, including watering, raking, sweeping, shoveling, and seasonal ice/snow removal.
• Inspect and replace exterior lighting as needed.
• Maintain property tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Respond courteously to resident requests and report safety concerns.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Afford assistance with painting, apartment make-readies, and other maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a professional appearance and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred; related groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate common landscaping and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, communicate effectively, and solve routine maintenance issues.
• Ability to perform physical work, including walking, bending, climbing, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
