Cleaning Duties

• Washes, scrubs, mops and sanitizes bathrooms, kitchens, stairwells and laundry rooms.
• Cleans and wax floors, shovels snow, high dust, low dust, mops and buffs areas.
• Collects and properly disposes of trash, sanitizes and cleans trash receptacles, and replaces consumable containers.
• Moves large pieces of equipment and furniture throughout the premises, including annexed properties.
• Performs periodic/seasonal duties, such as cleaning windows.
• Works in conjunction with housekeepers to accommodate special needs.
• Loads and unloads delivered goods at receiving.
• Operates various machinery, including buffing machines, vacuums, and compactor.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in building service/maintenance preferred.

Pay

$45,000

Schedule

40 hours per week. Shifts may vary dependent on institutional needs.
