Duties/Responsibilities

• Keep the building, workbenches, Company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Keep the grounds cleaned from all trash and loose items.
• Help in keeping the salvage yard cleaned up and orderly.
• Help in ordering, cleaning equipment as needed.
• Operate Company vehicles as required.
• Pick up parts and take customers around town as needed.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Follow Bruckner’s policies and procedures.
• Work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• At least a minimum 9th grade education.
• Experience in the trade and knowledge of proper products and tools required.
• Able to follow instructions and interact cooperatively with supervisors.
• Professional appearance and ability to interact positively with others.
• Ability to move easily between tasks and handle some level of stress.
