Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
- Periodically tours facility and grounds, examines doors, windows, and ensures proper working order
- Reports any unusual conditions or malfunction of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems or any other incidents to the Maintenance Director
- Reports incidents to the communication log and manages any incidents
- Performs other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity
- Prior experience as a Porter/Housekeeper in an Assisted Living Facility a BIG PLUS
