Responsibilities
- Enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property
- Cleaning apartments and common areas
- Checking and replacing exterior lighting
- Removing litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds
- Removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes
- Detailing property
- Aiding with various physical tasks as directed
- Aiding with "make-ready" duties
- Cleaning and maintaining storage areas
- Distributing resident communications
- Performing work area clean-up and safety related duties
Qualifications
- Able to lift heavy items
- Reliable and have excellent transportation
- General maintenance skills
Compensation and Benefits
- $22-$23/hour DOE
- Monthly bonuses
