Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Advanced Psychiatric Practitioners (PMHNP, PA-C) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Psychiatry team in Washington. Our team specializes in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to the underserved geriatric population residing in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
- Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
- Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments.
- Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
Requirements
- Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
- Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA).
- 1 year of Geri Psych Experience.
- 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

- Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Pay
Compensation includes base salary and incentive opportunities, with total earnings potential of $195,000+ annually. Base salary begins following the initial 30-day orientation and training period.
