Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Utilize factory and advanced diagnostic equipment
- Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and timelines
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technician experience (German brands strongly preferred)
- Experience with Porsche, Audi, VW, BMW, or Mercedes-Benz
- Porsche experience highly desired
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- ASE certifications preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
