PORSCHE HOST / GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Create a warm, premium, and personalized experience for every customer
• Aid in directing guests to the appropriate departments and personnel
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer waiting and reception areas
• Offer beverages and assist with guest comfort and accommodations when necessary
• Monitor showroom activity and manage guest flow
• Support customer events, dealership activities, and special functions
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide an exceptional guest experience that aligns with the Porsche brand
• Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, customer service, or guest relations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
• Weekend availability may be required
• Basic computer skills preferred
