- Educate guests on memberships, massage enhancements, retail products, and gift cards.
- Confidently recommend services that enhance each guest's experience.
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage guest communications.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Keep the boutique organized, clean, and running smoothly.
- Open and close the boutique according to company standards.
