About the role
Collaborate with physicians, staff, and healthcare professionals within your clinically integrated network to enhance quality and sustainability. Assist in promoting quality management activities related to monitoring, assessing, and improving performance in health care delivery and services to value-based care patients. Execute on strategies and interventions that enhance member participation and drive patient behaviors that improve health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Execute on local, member-facing quality initiatives aligned with National and Value Hub strategy.
- Perform quality management activities related to data collection, data review, and report preparation.
- Implement member engagement strategies to increase participation in Value Hub programs and initiatives.
- Support member quality initiatives to improve HEDIS and Stars performance.
- Conduct telephonic outreach to members to close quality care gaps for CMS Medicare Advantage Stars, Medicaid, and Marketplace Quality measures.
- Conduct telephonic outreach to members to assist in accessing and scheduling preventative services, such as screenings and annual wellness visits (AWV), drive member engagement, and enlist members in care coordination services.
Requirements
- Two (2)+ years experience in an administrative position.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, or other similar programs and/or applications.
- Willingness to work as part of a team, working with others to achieve goals, solve problems, and meet established organizational objectives.
Preferred
- Associates degree.
- Experience in a health care setting.
- Pay-for-performance or similar programs.
- Certified Medical Assistant AAMA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- Experience in population health management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Pay
- Hourly rate: $24.33 - $36.19
Schedule
- Full-time: 80 hours per pay period.
- Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm.
