Population Health Program Manager - Mobile
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful execution and sustaining efforts of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Promote adoption of an overall Integrated Health Management approach across PHS.
- Ability to be dynamic in the selection, prioritization, and redirection of initiatives and approaches used.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree, 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
- Masters degree preferred but not required based upon relevant experience
- Four years of application specific experience
- Five or more years of relevant industry specific experience demonstrating strong leadership skills and a proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams
- PMP certification preferred

Gathers data, analyzes metrics, and participates in the documentation and measurement of processes, work loading, turnaround time, and throughput analysis. Deploys comprehensive communication strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation Pay Range Minimum Offer $70,449.60 Maximum Offer $107,598.40
