About the Role

We're partnering with leading AI research teams to build smarter, more accurate AI systems in the health and public health space. As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll bring your expertise in health data and analytics to help train and evaluate AI models that tackle real-world population health challenges. Your insights will directly shape how AI understands health trends, disparities, and outcomes — making a meaningful difference at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to population health, epidemiology, and public health analytics
  • Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving outcomes
  • Review AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and alignment with established public health frameworks
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance in health-related domains
  • Apply your knowledge of data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to assess the quality of AI-generated analytical content
  • Translate complex health data insights into clear, well-reasoned evaluations

Requirements

  • Experienced with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
  • Strong analytical thinker with a solid grasp of health informatics principles
  • Skilled in data visualization, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Able to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule
  • Familiar with public health surveillance, health equity, or epidemiological frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
  • Background in clinical informatics, biostatistics, or health policy
  • Familiarity with AI evaluation workflows or machine learning concepts
