Who You Are
- Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets.
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate data quality, methodology, and interpretation.
- Skilled in data visualization and reporting — familiar with dashboards and analytics tools.
- Able to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous tasks.
- No prior AI or machine learning experience required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with epidemiology, health equity research, or community health programs.
- Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with public health surveillance frameworks or clinical data standards (e.g., ICD codes, HL7, FHIR).
