Who You Are

• Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets.
• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate data quality, methodology, and interpretation.
• Skilled in data visualization and reporting — familiar with dashboards and analytics tools.
• Able to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous tasks.
• No prior AI or machine learning experience required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with epidemiology, health equity research, or community health programs.
• Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
• Familiarity with public health surveillance frameworks or clinical data standards (e.g., ICD codes, HL7, FHIR).
