About the role

Popeyes Wetumpka Restaurant is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the restaurant during peak hours, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory and ensure food safety standards are met
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and manage the register
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Valid Alabama driver’s license
• Willingness to undergo a background check
