About the role

This position is responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff in providing exceptional customer service and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of restaurant staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food preparation processes to meet demand and minimize waste.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food service industry preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18,000 - $22,000 annually.

Schedule
