Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.)
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Repair and install pool equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs
- Document service visits and keep accurate records
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in pool maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Preference for the following:
- Pool industry certifications (CPO, CST, etc.)
- Familiarity with pool automation systems
- Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
