Pool Supervisor - Summer Camp

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising summer camp activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing campers' daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise camp activities and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Manage daily routines for campers, including meal times and bedtime.
• Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute fun and educational programs.
• Ensure all campers are accounted for at all times.

Requirements

• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in child care or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
