Pool Server - Seasonal

About the role

The Pool Server-Seasonal plays a crucial role in the service team, welcoming guests to the pool area and providing food and beverage service. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests by name with a genuine smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic expression
• Introduce new guests to facilities and services
• Provide food and beverage service in lounges and cabanas
• Present the menu with helpful explanations of dishes and beverages
• Take accurate orders, input into POS system, and serve drinks and food promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Pool areas
• Act as a liaison between guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen
• Contribute to safety and sanitization protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Experience at a luxury hospitality property
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications (food handlers, alcohol training)

Pay

The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00-$21.00 per hour plus tips. Individual pay decisions will be based on experience and other factors.

Schedule

This is a seasonal position, requiring flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
