Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding retail experience during every visit.
• Perform professional computerized water testing and explain results.
• Recommend pool chemicals, water treatment products, and maintenance solutions based on water test results.
• Educate customers on proper pool and spa care, equipment maintenance, and seasonal pool maintenance.
• Assist customers with selecting pool supplies, accessories, replacement parts, and equipment.
• Stock, organize, and merchandise retail inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail showroom.
• Help implement in-store promotions, merchandising displays, and seasonal campaigns.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Requirements

• No pool industry experience required—training provided.
• Previous retail, customer service, cashier, or sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable learning technical information about pool and spa care.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with Facebook or other social media platforms is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$12.00 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time afternoon and weekend position; daytime shifts 12‑16 hours/week; flexible schedule including Saturdays and occasional holidays.
