Pool Plumbing & Automation Laborer

About the role

Provide customers with a great construction experience by professionally installing pool plumbing, conduit, automation, and completing other project-related tasks as directed by the Crew Leader. Additionally, assist with other areas of swimming pool installation (pool tile and finishes), softscapes (planting, mulching, etc.), hardscapes (patios, retaining walls, fire features, outdoor kitchens), and other outdoor living elements as needed.

• Good physical condition: ability to safely lift and carry 50-80 pounds, kneel for long periods, and bend repeatedly
• Proficient in reading a tape measure down to 1/16”
• Ability to set up, understand, and operate a laser transit (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to set up and follow string lines (or willingness to learn)
• Knowledge of various power tools
• Ability to operate a truck and trailer (or willingness to learn)
• Properly maintain tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license (with Chauffeur endorsement or willingness to obtain) and reliable daily transportation
• Pass a pre-employment drug test

Pay

Competitive starting pay ranging from $18–20/hour with overtime, plus end-of-year profit-sharing bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday workweeks.

• Construction experience: 1 year (preferred)
