Pool & Parking Lot Attendant (Part-Time)

Job Overview

The Pool and Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for overseeing the operation of the swimming pool deck and parking lot and providing the highest possible level of service.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes residents and guests and directs them to their destination if assistance is needed.
• Inspect for proper wrist bands to ensure only residents and guests are permitted on property.
• Clean and straighten pool furniture and pool deck continuously throughout shift.
• Inspect for visibly displayed parking passes and report violations to the office.
• Maintain a daily log of activities.
• Maintains equipment in working condition and reports any maintenance issues for repair.
• Remove and replace trash bags from trash cans as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs.
• Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
• Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
• Able to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
• Able to complete all required forms.
• Able to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
• Able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

Schedule

Varies dependent on the needs of the property.

Pay

$17.25 an hour.
