Position Overview
Modeling for art studio classes and individual artists provides employment to practitioners in art schools and urban centers worldwide. The role involves working with professors to provide interesting poses and special environments or costumes.
Job Description
- Construct interesting poses from various angles.
- Hold long poses with regular breaks.
- String short poses together for quick gestural drawings.
- Be comfortable with a wide range of poses.
- Work collaboratively with the professor to create special environments or costumes.
Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to hold poses for extended periods.
- Stamina and flexibility.
- Respect for the classroom and the importance of drawing the human form.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous nude modeling experience.
