Pool Inside Service Support Rep, 1st Shift – Phoenix and Apopka

Responsibilities

• Research and troubleshoot pool and spa equipment issues using advanced skills and resources
• Provide high-quality telephone and email support with excellent customer service and technical expertise
• Maintain current knowledge of all product offerings and support procedures to offer accurate solutions
• Solve support issues independently and with teams, escalating complex cases to fourth-level support and supervisors
• Resolve customer problems, disputes, and complaints efficiently and professionally, adhering to company policies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of prior experience working on pool and spa equipment
• Experience in technical product support (hands-on, phone support, etc.)
• Previous pool technical experience involving troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable
• Previous Salesforce experience is preferred
• Lives within 1 hour of Apopka, FL, or Phoenix, AZ

Pay

The hourly pay range for this role is $24.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience and performance. Opportunities for a rate increase are available after proficiency in certain skills and completion of training.

Schedule

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday
Apopka, FL: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Phoenix, AZ: 7:00am – 4:00pm
