General Information
The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach is seeking Pool Deckhands. We offer fantastic benefits and rewards, including lunch daily while at work. Our full-time team thirty (30+ hours) is eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, disability and accident insurance the first month following sixty (60) days of employment. Full-time employees are also eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan after completing one year of service. Competitive hourly rate plus commissions.
General Job Description
Provide food and beverage services to our private club members and guests.
Essential Functions
- Observe and enforce all pool safety rules and regulations
- Clean and maintain pool deck and surrounding area
- Perform regular supply inventories to advise management of needed equipment and supplies
- Maintain pool during pool hours
- Ensure pool maintains local codes/policies for operation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand and walk
- Frequent hand use for reaching, finger, handling, feeling, and using tools or controls
- Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty pounds
- Close, distance, and color vision
Pay Range
$15 - $17 per hour
