About the role

The Clinical Partner (CP) role involves providing basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. This position is a valued member of the nursing team who collaborates closely with the assigned RN to deliver safe and quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Collaborates with the assigned RN to ensure safe and quality patient care.
• Delegates tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter.
• Does not perform activities that require assessment and evaluation of patient care interventions.

Requirements

• CNA or LPN license required.
• Two years to obtain Florida CNA licensure for Clinical Partners hired before October 1, 2023.
• Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School, GED, or equivalent.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Basic Life Support certification.

Pay

The estimated pay range for this position is $22.50 per hour, depending on the shift.
